The Water Within

Look at the water within.

Feel it.

Is it stagnant? Does it run like a little stream? Is it vast like an ocean? Wild or at peace? How does it move? What life does it contain?

Is it clear? Can you see in there? Or is it muddy? What is the color and how does it reflect the light?

Do you want to jump in? Is it refreshing? Or ice cold? Is it comforting like a warm bath? Or do you burn your toes? Do you feel comfortable, or would you rather be with something else?

If you jump in, does the water carry you or do you fight its power?

Look at the water within.

Feel it.

Ask yourself: is there purity? Is there clarity? Does it sustain my life within?

Look at the water within.

Feel it, again and again.

Feel how it can be different every day. Feel how that is okay.

Ask yourself, adjusting your answers again and again.

Look at the water within.

So that you may overflow and still be enough.
